ALL ACCESS VIP PASS

A Free State Festival VIP pass provides access to networking and late night cocktail hours, the film awards reception, feature films and film shorts, art installations, ideas panels, and special ticketed events.  Please be sure to read the information below carefully in order to make sure you get the most out of your VIP pass!

VIP Passholder Reservations:  In order to be guaranteed a seat, VIP passholders must reserve seats to ticketed events online by June 15th.  To reserve your tickets online, you will need either your VIP passcode, which can be found at the top of your electronic receipt, or the email address with which you booked your pass online.  To reserve seats, click the “VIP Event Reservations” button below.  Then, click on the event you want reserve a seat for, click on “redeem benefits” in the bottom left-hand corner of the text box, and then search by your first name, last name, and passcode, or your first name, last name, and email address.  This will allow you to redeem one ticket for each Free State Festival event per VIP pass.

Please note that FOR ALL EVENTS that do not require a reservation, you must be at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to showtime in order to be guaranteed a seat.  Available seats will be released to the general public 15 minutes prior to showtime.  Also, please not that tickets to “Songs My Brother Taught Me” must be reserved by emailing: rsvp@lawrenceartscenter.org.

 

MOVIE PASS

A Free State Festival Movie pass provides access to feature films and film shorts, film+music concerts, art installations, ideas panels, and the film awards reception. Providing access to fifteen feature films plus two live concerts, this pass provides savings of up to $68.00.  Please be sure to read the information below carefully in order to make sure you get the most out of your Movie pass!

Movie Passholder Reservations:  In order to be guaranteed a seat, Movie passholders must reserve seats to ticketed events online by June 15th.  To reserve your tickets online, you will need either your Movie pass passcode, which can be found at the top of your electronic receipt, or the email address with which you booked your pass online.  To reserve seats, click the “Movie Pass Reservation” button below.  Then, click on the film you want reserve a seat for, click on “redeem benefits” in the bottom left-hand corner of the text box, and then search by your first name, last name, and passcode, or your first name, last name, and email address.  This will allow you to redeem one ticket for each Free State Festival film screening per Movie pass.
